Assessment through the TPI lens allows for golf-specific injury assessment and rehabilitation techniques to get players back in the game.

TPI has spent almost two decades studying one thing – the Body-Swing Connection™. There are injuries associated with the golf swing that few understand better than TPI. With the TPI assessment, we can look at how these injuries develop, how to access and treat injuries, and how specific physical limitations can be addressed to improve your golf game.


Movement Retraining

For any sport, you can greatly improve your performance and reduce your injury risk if you learn how to move well.  At Omega Project, we do a full movement screen to determine your areas of weakness and identify issues that may impact your performance and increase your risk of injury. We then use one-on-one movement retraining OR a scheduled exercise program through our RunDNA app to get you the most out of your sport.
