Why Omega Project? Omega Project is my dream come true! I have loved helping fellow runners since middle school when I started running. I would learn as much as possible to help my teammates with their injuries. I value helping people feel their best, physically and mentally! Omega Project allows me to commit to that fully. I can spend one-on-one time with you and work for YOU to get you feeling your best.
What are some highlights of your career? I graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duquesne University in 2008. Since graduating, I have worked toward specializing in treating lower extremity injuries and repetitive strain injuries. That means I really enjoy treating those nagging injuries that won't go away or keep coming back. I like to solve the mysteries that others have been unable to solve. I am very passionate about helping people continue doing what they love.
Tell us about your RUNNING BACKGROUND: I started running in 7th grade. Right away I set my goal of running Division I on a scholarship and was fortunate to have many successes along the way. My main event was the steeplechase, but I also ran cross-country and distance track events. My proudest moment was being able to run steeplechase at the Penn Relays and the NCAA Division I Regional Championships. I have since competed in triathlons and enjoy being part of the running and triathlon communities in Delaware.
What are some of your other hobbies? I can honestly say I love learning. I read as much as I can. I also enjoy yoga, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my niece and nephews. My newest hobby is gravel biking, and it's taken me on some epic adventures!
