Why Omega Project?  I have been dreaming of working with a group of clinicians, in an environment like Omega for my entire career. With a strong interest and background in treating athletes and sports-related injuries, combined with my history as a soccer and basketball player, I truly value the opportunity to work with highly motivated individuals in a one-on-one environment, to help them achieve their health and fitness goals!

What are some highlights of your career? I graduated from The University of Delaware in 2012. Since then, I have been working in an outpatient setting, specializing in sports, with a strong interest in UE, shoulder injuries, and various LE injuries. Following graduation, I had the opportunity to participate in pre-season injury screening programs for local sports teams with the goal of reducing injury prevalence at the high school level. In 2017, I passed my SCS exam, becoming a Sports Certified Specialist, which has allowed me to assist in sideline sports coverage and to pursue further my passion for treating athletes. I enjoy treating all active individuals, from runners and endurance athletes to overhead athletes, to field athletes, from recreational to collegiate level. The goal is the same for everyone; to keep them doing what they love and doing it well!

I have also had the opportunity to take some of my skills to the classroom and have enjoyed teaching continuing education classes. I have assisted in teaching courses pertaining to shoulder and upper extremity injuries, knees, and sports, and I have loved the opportunity to share my experience and knowledge while also continuing to learn a great deal from others.

What are your hobbies and interests? My greatest hobby and interest at this point in my life is my family and my children!  Life is a whole lot sweeter and a little bit crazier with kids running around. When I’m not chasing around my two sons, I also love running, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to learn.
